In children, amongst other benefits, reading helps to stimulate intellectual development. It helps to increase a child’s understanding and comprehension of the world around them.

Your child’s ability to read is based on your helping hand, and a good point to start is by reading to your child regularly, sharing stories that they love. These, on the first steps, help to build your child’s love of reading and books.

To be learned, reading is a skill that has to be taught. This was how Sue’s Storytime delights began.

Launched in September 2013, The Alphabetical series was introduced, aiming at children of different age groups. These books were strategically written to complement each other alphabetically and comprised of 5 adorable stories each, about interests, activities, and adventures; All delightful stories, that will make your child smile, while they learn!

Can you spot words beginning with same letters?

In addition to the delightful stories, were also the ‘Spot the word’ pages, which had letters and words that could easily be identified from the readings. It is a fun way of getting your child to know words beginning with the different letters of the English alphabets.

But, as these books are useful learning tools for younger children learning to read, the stories are equally as beautiful for older children, for a fun, delightful read, full of life’s little adventures.
