These Wall art tributes and story or poetry frames are completely free for donation, to any care home of your choice, where your grandpa or grandma might live, within the UK.
There are 6 free donations altogether for each year ending.
If pulled in the draw, a pack will be sent to the care home on your behalf, at no cost to you!
What to do ?

Send your name with your email address and a little note on which care home you would like to nominate for your donation

A personal ‘Thank you’ letter may be attached in your email for your grandpa or grandma if you so wish. Please do not forget to add their name.
This letter, together with your donation, will be delivered to the home.
We will message to notify you when your delivery has been made.
Correspondence
Important note:
All donations are made twice every year within the months of June and December. All entries received are processed to fall within these dates.
Whilst we do not guarantee any outcomes in the draw, we will notify you if your name has been selected, before any donations will be sent.
